Meaningful stakeholder engagement in an increasingly complex world is challenging.
This interactive session empowers stakeholders to produce an agreed solution to a significant issue without the problems usually associated with competing priorities and conflicting personalities.
Expertly designed and facilitated; the From Issues To Action© method works especially well with community groups managing change, teams experiencing conflict, cognitive diverse groups and intergenerational teams.
Session Bookings

This session can accommodate groups of five to over fifty participants, depending on the location and is suitable for multiple session for the same problem.
Sessions can be complete within 2 hours and the full data report is usually available within one to seven days depending on the number of participants or joint sessions facilitated.
